Into the Twoleg Place (Closed; New Topic; Bloodclan Med introduced)

The white she-cat stood at the edge of a forest that stretched into a vast Twoleg Place. She felt a chill as a cold breeze swept over her. But she didn't think it was just the breeze making her cold. Oh no, something was surely odd and bone-chilling about this place.
Cotton padded into the huge Twoleg Place very carefully. She could see very tall Twoleg Dens. Or were they even dens? They were a bit too tall to be dens....
She had almost distracted herself when she heard a strange roar. She felt something shake a little underneath her. The white half-tabby she-cat looked down and saw hard black rock with yellow streaks.
Uh-oh! I'm on a Thunderp---
Her worried thoughts got cut short as a huge monster came into view. It was the biggest monster she had ever seen! It was a huge white box with Twoleg markings on it and it had way more paws than a normal Monster!
There was a white flash as Cotton threw herself at top speed out of the way of the Monster. It was a very close call. She stood panting on the worn away area of earth on the side of the Thunderpath, panting hard. The Monster disappeared over the horizon. Now that she looked up the Thunderpath was quite busy with Monsters.
Great. Now she was trapped here. She'd have to go play some tricks on the Kitty-pets and steal their food now. She was timid and shy but also sly. She wasn't going back over that Thunderpath now. And she most certainly wasn't eating the crowfood here! But the idea that tricking other cats wasn't nice made her thoughts hold back.
At least there were Twoleg gardens that were full of useful herbs. If she got hurt she would be okay. She had enough experience from the Tribe, Clans, ancestors, and just her natural talents to save herself. The Twoleg gardens were huge and full of herbs. There were even herbs that she didn't even know existed. She wondered what they could be used for.
No time for that now. She was stupid for wanting to come here. The little half-tabby had just thought that maybe she could find someone here.... someone.... important. But she was wrong. She should have thought things through before walking into this place stinking of Twolegs.
It was foolish to come here looking for her family but she had to forget that now. She smelled strange cats. There were some other odors mixed in but she smelt the fresh scent of blood strongly.
She could still cross back the way she came across the Thunderpath. But she had crossed at a lucky time. Now she would have to wait for the Monsters' activities to die down. Or else she would be the one dead!
It was time for her to test her weak and developing survival skills. And she guessed they wouldn't be too sharp. She had to hope the cats here were nice and would spare her peacefully.
"Hah! Like that'll happen!" Cotton murmured quietly to herself. She'd been in too many rough places to know the truth. But she was still hopeful as she darted away under a bush to hide from the Twolegs and Rouges.

(OOC: Cotton has been accepted as Bloodclan Medicine Cat so I plan to have her discovered by Bloodclan and seen as half-way valuable. They will then take her as there Medicine Cat (*Cough* prisoner *Cough*) and threaten death for not accepting. Or something like that. If this is not okay with anybody PM me or post OOC here.

Killer was looking around, maybe for a kittypet to pick on or a run away rat. Or two. He wouldn't mind having a full stomach for once, that's for sure.
He turned around quickly when he heard a rustle in the bushes. It's probably just some kind of insect or maybe a really short Twoleg. I saw one of those once. His curiosity got the better of him and he got into a stalking stance. Low to the ground and blending in with the night, he sauntered toward the bush, expecting a prank from one of his friends. If it was he'd give them a good scratch for creeping him out.
Once he glanced around the bush, he knew it wasn't someone he'd ever seen before. What if it's one of those stupid, pesky clan cats?! What if it's a Thunderclan cat?! Oh-ho, their fur would be mine. Killer thought darkly. He'd been thinking more and more evil ever since he joined Bloodclan. At first he was scared, but then grew to accept that it was part of being a Bloodclan cat.
Killer looked again at the cat and saw it had a more feminine build, making it an almost definite she-cat. She seemed to be white with grey stripes like a storm cloud among regular puffy clouds. I bet she'd barely put up a fight with me, Killer thought as he slowly crept toward her. The timid looking she-cat seemed to be making a nest for the night, out of random grass pieces she found and twigs.
He wasn't looking where he was going and stepped on a small stick, making a large cracking noise with his paws.
The she-cat (Whom he'd now named Fuzz since her fur was kind of puffy at the moment) looked around in alarm and just as she found Killer, he pounced on her a low howl. He didn't want Twolegs involved or else their might be un-needed bloodshed. She twisted him around, was now on top, and she got a good bite on his right shoulder.
Killer kept his howl low when the pain flashed in his mind. He was suddenly in a flashback from when he was just an apprentice and Bloodclan had raided their camp for food. One of his own cats attacked him, thinking he was a Bloodclan warrior and bit the exact same place Fuzz did but on the other shoulder. H e had flipped the cat over and bit his nose, causing him to breathe his own blood and then unsheathed his long, terrifying claws and slashed them across the tom's throat.
Just before he was about to do the exact same thing to Fuzz, he snapped back into reality and gave her a scratch on her left cheek and bounded off of her.
"What the Starclan is a forest clan-cat doing my territory?!" Killer demanded.

"I'm. Not. A. Clan. Cat." the she cat hissed through gritted teeth. Cotton didn't like to be mean and didn't like to defend herself but this cat came out of no where and attacked her.
"I don't care how much I look, smell, or act like a Clan cat, you will never call me that," she was really mad now. "I have lived with the Clans but I am not a Clan cat. I find that term offensive compared to all I have been through."
She stared deep into the tom's eyes saw something in them. She saw the rage of battles long over. She saw fear. She saw pain. She saw memories. This Tom. Must be Bloodclan. When she had lived with the clans they had told her of this Clan that was long thought to be gone.
She rounded and thought of what this cat would do with her. She flexed her claws to try and show that she didn't want to fight but could if she had to. She really had to test herself now. Her smart mouth might make up for something.

Killer was absolutely stunned by Fuzz's words. What happened to her in the forest? Was it worse than what I went through? I did spit on my sister's body out rage. Has she done something worse? Killer thought. From what he could smell on her, was a very faint trace of Shadowclan. If only Shadowclan knew what we in store for them... Killer thought in the back of his turned-dark mind.
Since she hated the clans, almost as much as he did, Killer decided she was worth not killing. He caught her eye and he saw anger, wisdom, knowledge, and mostly, regret.
He lowered his shackles and started licking his chest to smooth the fur, his tongue occasionally going over the part where there was barely any fur. The things he had to do to get into Bloodclan weren't exactly pretty.
"The name's Killer. If you aren't a clan cat or a kittypet than what are you? Perhaps a rogue?" Fuzz seemed confused at his sudden change of emotion. She probably never knew of cats with as bad problems as he had.

Cotton's eyes went distant. She thought of something smart to say. She was kind of a rouge.... She lived alone and traveled but she wasn't exactly as mean as a rouge. She wasn't a kitty pet anymore.... And her young days with the Tribe were no use to her. The Clans? They were alright but they had tried to force her to want to join them and to love Starclan. But she was great with herbs....
"I'm a healer," she started, thinking at first that this wouldn't work, "I'm the scariest healer you'll ever meet...." So far so good, "I know how to heal you, to save you, but I know the herbs that will kill you. Don't underestimate me. Because I'm scary...."
Okay so it wasn't as scary as she had hoped, but she did know how to use herbs to kill a cat f she had to. Not that she wanted to.
She turned around and swished her tail in the tom's face. She might be ale to sneak away from this one....

"I know how to heal you, to save you, but I know the herbs that will kill you. Don't underestimate me. Because I'm scary...." Right after the she-cat said this Killer started to have a small laughing fit.
"Oh I'm soooo scared, a medicine cat gonna feed me travelling herbs. There's no way you can kill me with herbs unless I eat them. I used to..... hang out with a medicine cat so I'll know if you're tricking me." Killer said with a wink. And then he thought of a good way to scare Fuzz.
"You know there's a reason behind my name right?" He asked in a dark voice. "I've been known through-out all the clans. Queens would warn wandering kits that if they didn't listen, Killer would get them. Of course, they don't call me Killer. They call me Traitor." He said with an evil grin. The she-cat froze where she was, turned away from him, about 4 tail lengths away. He wasn't exactly happy about scaring the she-cat, but if he was soft on her, she might betray him like the warrior who he killed in Thunderclan. The cat that was his father.

Cotton tried to think of something sharp to say.... She could always think of something that was smart-mouthed but right now she was pressured.
"Well it's too bad I'm not a medicine cat!" she spat out. It was true. "I know more herbs than any medicine cats you know. Medicine cats don't know about. Why I bet you've never even heard of white snakeroot, white baneberry, wolfsbane, rosary pea, or castor plants! I've got so much.... knowledge inside me, you don't even KNOW what I could do!" she finished.
If she needed to she was ready to really hurt this cat. She knew how to hurt a cat many ways. Not that she liked hurting cats, but a lone healer like herself needed some self-defense. Let's see she could fight him, poison him, oh or she could strike a thorn through his heart by bringing up something that has emotional meaning to him.
he loved her sharp tongue. It worked a lot better when she wasn't pressured. But she was pretty sure that this cat didn't know about castor. Or any of the other herbs she had listed. He wouldn't even know if they were deadly or not. She felt safe somehow in this Twoleg Place with this Bloodclanner.

Killer looked at Fuzz, slightly confused. He didn't know any of those except for one, and he didn't even know what White Snakeroot did. But he thought of a way to get closer to the she-cats good-side.
She has a big mouth, that's for sure. She also seems to have a lot of unwilling fight, but so did I when I first got into Bloodclan, Killer thought to himself. She seemed to have a lot of knowledge, beyond any medicine cat. Which is pretty good, since the old Thunderclan Med. didn't even know what Poppy seeds were used for.
"Well then, if you're so good at herbs, why don't you come and tend to my clan's sick? Over half our clan is having white-cough right now." He almost pleaded. He'd acted as medicine cat recently, giving the correct herbs to the correct illnesses. The only thing I really got for sticking around Treepaw was her training, he said to himself. Treepaw had been a medicine cat apprentice before she died, and she taught their mother everything, and Killer listened in. When he went by Snarepaw, everyone expected a lot of him, since his sister was going to be 'great' as the other cats had said.
Killer also wondered why she'd never heard of him. The story of him killing Thornpelt was almost legend. Perhaps it hasn't really reached Shadowclan, or whatever clan she had been in.

OOC: I made a character gallery with everyone! Even Leerheart and Killer's family.

Cotton thought for a moment. This cat had said that his clan was suffering. She couldn't turn down suffering cats. Even if they did attack her. She hated her natural instincts, they told her to help everyone and everything.
"What will you give me in return for healing you cats?" She asked. If she was going to help some cats that she really didn't want to help she might as well get something out of it.

"What will you give me in return for healing you cats?" Fuzz said. The she-cat looked a bit willing, but nervous. She'd probably heard of Bloodclan and their horrible deeds.
"Shelter, friends, your own den, food-at least, more then you'd get alone-, and most of all, victory. Bloodclan hasn't lost a battle in dozens of moons, so that'd mean less injuries. Plus, I could be your personal guide," Killer semi-winked at the she-cat. If there was a new female in the camp, everyone would hit on her, so at least he could claim she was his, that way she wouldn't be forced to have a mate. Killer hated it when Toms took advantage of she-cats.

Cotton stared at the tom and burst out in a fit of laughing and purring. Shelter, friends, food, and victory? These cats lived in the middle of a Twoleg Place, without actually having a stable "shelter"; she was certain the cats here wouldn't want to be her friends if they were even friendly in the first place; for food, well a few rats and some Kittypet food might hold one cat for a while, but victory? Come on, she was a healer, she didn't care for fights in the first place! And she was pretty sure he was crushing on her with that awkward looking wink. Toms! She couldn't stand them!
She tried to stop her hysterical fit but couldn't.
"Wait, wait, oh..." She spat out in between purrs. When she saw the tom's expression. He probably couldn't tell why she was laughing so hard.
"Sorry," she mumbled as she finally stopped.

Killer sighed, finally understanding what the she-cat was laughing about. Defeat lay clearly in eyes, as he thought about all the cats who have whitecough and the ones that had greencough. Those 3 cats didn't survive, and here was a chance to heal the clan, and it blew him off.
"It's quite alright. I suppose I'll have to keep tending to the sick then," The Tom muttered, barely hearable. His eyes almost teared up when he thought about one of the dead cats. Don't think about it, don't think about it, He said to himself. He tensed up his muscles and had an all-knowing look in his eyes.
"I know you do not wish to become part of our clan, and I respect that. Not many have refused us and looked so.. confident while saying so. The best way to get out of the Twoleg city and back into the forest is an underground tunnel going under a large Thunderpath. I'd be happy to show you the way if you would like." Killer said in an un-normally calm voice. He needed to get back to camp soon, with-out the she-cats scent on him.

Cotton saw the sadness in Killer's eyes as he realized what she was laughing about. Did his eyes perhaps water a little?
"I'm really sorry.... Killer. But won't your Clan just tear me up? Besides I thought Bloodclan didn't want unwelcome guests. Maybe they'll even blame it on you instead of me and harm you," she paused, feeling sorry for the tom cat, "I'll tell you what, if you help me escape I'll give you one of the best remedies for the coughs that hardly any other cat knows if you help me free," she finished after thinking. At least she could help this so called "Clan" by at least giving them the cure for the cough they were suffering from. Maybe he would let her free if she helped them. It would be a win, win. She would be free and Bloodclan would heal.
The white half-tabby was hopeful. She never trusted hope before. If you hoped for the best bad things could happen. And right now she had hoped high. Too high.

Killer perked up his ears at the she-cats words. He hadn't expected her to say yes to his request so easily. "Thank you so much. You have no idea how relieved I am at the moment." The Tom said to Fuzz.
He recounted how she'd hesitated to say his name. It probably bothered her, since such a name is very brutal sounding.
"If you're that uncomfortable calling me Killer you're welcome to call me Snare-pa-... Snare. Just call me Snare." He said with a light smile.
Killer told Fuzz to follow him and stay quiet. He slunk around multiple buildings, eventually getting closer towards the Great Thunderpath.
"You never told me you're name, she-cat." He slowed down and asked.
She looked normally at him and said, "It's Cotton."
He nodded his head and started forward again. They both arrived at the Thunderpath tunnel and Killer looked into it. It was long and twisty but he was sure if he gave Cotton the right directions then she'll make it safely across, into Windclan territory.
"Ok, you'll meet 2 turns on you're way," he looked at the she-cat to make sure she was listening. She was so he continued. "The first one, go forward. The next you need to go right. Are you re-" He was about to finished when a huge, massive cat ran him and Cotton into the ground. The cat had crushed Killer, so he must have at least a few cuts. He struggled to get out of the She-cat's grip and once he did he saw that the cat who was still on top of Cotton was his Deputy and friend. Ricochet. FOXDUNG!!!

Cotton was panicking. There was a bulky tom on top of her and she wanted him off! He was thrashing and struggling to keep her still. What could she do?
She forced air into her lungs. Then she let it loose in her most bloodcurdling howl, "MROOOOAAAAAW!!"
As she screeched the Tom loosened a bit but she was still stuck in his thorn-sharp claws.
"Snare! Get him off of me!" she wailed. The world was going black....

"Snare! Get him off of me!" Cotton yelled. A flashback of his sister being smashed by Massacre. He filled with anger and did what he'd truly wanted to do in the moments Treepaw died.
He tackled Ricochet off of her. Hard. He let out a terribly loud battle cry, not caring who heard and scratched the massive tom's chest, imagining it as Massacre and Cotton as his sister. He raged even more as Ricochet flipped them over and added another scar to his X shaped one, making it look like a tally mark. It bled as he pushed the deputy away from him and tore some of his shoulder fur off.
Just before he lunged in for his neck he heard a yowl. He turned to see Massacre right before he blacked out with Cotton.

"Now what do we do with them?"
"Well we need to keep Killer at least. He's valuable. This she cat though...."
"Should we just kill her now?"
"Torture would be nice, too...."
Cotton's world went colorful again and she saw she was in the midst of Twoleg buildings and cats. Two of them were fighting over her.
"Let's just do something with her! We can't let her free, she'll tell all the other cats about us!"
They didn't know she was awake. Good.
"Me, just a little she-cat? Oh I would never tell anyone about cats like you," she said sarcasticly as she jumped to her paws suddenly. "Oh you toms don't know me. I'm just a little Kittypet cat. What would I ever possibly do to you?" she finished, with a hint of challenge in her voice.

Killer woke up and saw the world as fuzzy. Fuzz, why did that name sound familiar to him? Cotton! He suddenly thought. The memories rushed to him as he jumped to his paws to see the healer she-cat had already done so. She seemed to be challenging Massacre and Gravel.
"Nice to see you're both awake," The leader said calmly. Killer shortly bowed his he to the gigantic tom. Gravel hissed at him in hostility. He looked at the large cat in surprise. Before he left to hunt, he was his best friend. Shows how loyal these pesky cats are, Killer thought to himself.
"Killer should be banned for what he did. And that stupid she-cat should be killed!" Gravel half-yelled half-whispered.
"She isn't stupid like you Gravel! She could be a VERY valuable piece to us. You know how your mate has Whitecough? Well Cotton here just so happens to be a better healer than I am!" Killer full-on bellowed at the shrinking Tom. It was well known you didn't make Killer angry, because the consequences were him living up to his name.

"I can save your clan. I know more herbs then any other cat. I know how to stop white cough," she spat at the toms in font of her, "You kill me and you all die."
She wasn't prepared to be allowed free now. These cats wouldn't let her go with a chance. She was stuck in Bloodclan now. She really had hoped too high. She wasn't getting out now. But maybe she could live a little longer.

Ooc: I was thinking we could do a new topic since we pretty much got the introduction of Cotton to Bloodclan done?

OOC: Okay I'll start it now. We'll skip some time to where Cotton is Bloodclan's med now. That way we don't have to do much God-modding like we have to right now with the high rank Bloodclan cats.
